Work Permit Information
Every student under 18 years old must obtain a work permit before starting a new job. However, the work permit cannot be obtained until the student actually gets a job.

Testing Fees:
ACT no writing: $60.00
ACT with writing: $85.00
Additional Fees can be found on the ACT website.
Fee Waivers: Students who are classified as free/reduced lunch can qualify for up to 4 waivers between Junior and senior year. See your counselor for details and the waiver.
*Remember to report your scores to TOPS/LOFSA by entering the Code 1595.
*The April ACT test date is the last opportunity to get a qualifying test score for Tops Eligibility without penalty.
Students should register for the test with their legal name as listed on the social security card. Student must have matching data (social, spelling of name, date of birth, address) on the ACT registration, student transcript system and the FAFSA application. Failure to do so can cause errors in processing of student aid.

Test dates, registration deadlines and late registration deadlines can be found at www.act.org. Students can also pick up an ACT flyer and test prep booklet in the counseling office.

Testing Fees:
SAT no essay: $55.00
*Students who are classified free/reduced lunch may qualify for a fee waiver.
*Remember to report your scores to TOPS/LOFSA by entering the Code 9019. *The March SAT test date is the last opportunity to get a qualifying test score for TOPS eligibility without penalty.
