1. Attendance mark event counting students and alumni and/or parents.
2. Each student can bring a maximum of two parents/SHS alumni.

#5 – October 31, 2008 Centennial Dress for the Decades
1. Participation mark event 2. Class officers draw for high cards to choose a particular decade
3. Choices for decades are: 20’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s.
4. Thespians give examples of decade dress at lunch time to help determine what period dress is acceptable. 5. 1 st hour teacher counts students and tallies results by grade.

#6 – November 6 and 7, 2008 NHS Pep Rally Cheer/Banner Event
1. Cheerleaders choreograph cheer, but do not participate
A. There will be no stunts!
B. Cheer portion of event consists of 8 girls and 8 boys.
C. Use of percussions allowed but must be homemade.
D. Cheer no longer than one minute in length.
E. Cheer group responsible for leading their class in Fight Song.
2. Students create banner on Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30.
A. Banner to be hung in stadium for pep rally.
B. Supplies to be provided.
C. Theme to be given on Thursday.

#9 – January 15, 2009 Performing Arts Event
1. Students given a theme and create a banner, song, and skit. 2. All three creations must be related to theme given that day. 3. Students judged on creativity and performances.
#10 – February 7, 2009 Centennial Who’s Who Dance
1. Attendance mark event.
#11 – February 19, 2009– SHS Trivia
1. Rules will be distributed.
2. Students expected to know SHS Trivia.
#12 – April 9, 2009– Volleyball
1. Rules will be distributed.
2. Each class find their best volleyball players, both boys and girls. 3. Students who participated in Anything Goes cannot play on class teams.
#13 – Surprise/Random Event
1. Each class will be asked to sing Alma Mater and Fight Song.
2. Must know songs by November 1, 2008.
3. Students must work as a class to learn each song and the particular mannerisms that are appropriate for each song.
