Centennial Garden

Since Slidell High School was the only high school in the area until the late 1960's, many members of our community are graduates. To recognize the graduates and provide a space for outdoor events, the centennial garden is created to commemmorate the 100 year anniversary of Slidell High School. The garden is a place where students and community members congregate to hear performances for the band or chorus, as well as for guest speakers for 9/11, Veterans Day, and other important events.
Bricks are engraved to remember past and present members of Slidell High School.

The garden provides a piece of history for the school and community that will remember the fallen heroes as well as those who have been a part of the 100 year history.
